This intermediate level, modern technique-based class emphasizes the choreographic process. Through the learning of choreography and the creation and revision of their own dances, students will further their understanding of choreographic principles, processes, and structures and apply critical and creative thinking skills. Students will study some aspect of dance history that relates to their dance making. This class will often collaborate with other arts classes. Trimester course.
